Job Description

We are seeking a Student Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Academics in Hemel Hempstead. In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to support students with their social, emotional, and mental health needs. This may involve developing coping mechanisms, de-escalation strategies, and individualized toolboxes to help students manage their emotions and behaviors.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting students with their education and learning needs

  4. Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
