Job Description

A compassionate and innovative teacher is sought to lead a class of primary-aged children with PDA. The role involves leading morning learning sessions in Mathematics, English, and Reading, as well as facilitating lessons in Science, Computing, Citizenship/PSHE, Creative Arts, PE, and Humanities. The teacher will also encourage backdoor learning by tailoring the curriculum to the children's passions and incorporating hands-on, child-led activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A qualified teacher with experience or interest in working with children with PDA or additional needs.
  • Strong understanding of child-led learning and the ability to adapt the curriculum to meet individual needs.
  • A patient, empathetic, and creative educator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Qualifications: QTS
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £200-£250 per day, with the possibility of going onto a permanent contract straight away for the right candidate. Ongoing professional development and training opportunities are also available.
