Job Overview

Future Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced teacher to join our team as a Pathology Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Morning learning sessions: Delivering 20-30 minutes of semi-formal teaching in Mathematics, English, and Reading.
  • Afternoon subjects: Facilitating lessons in Science, Computing, Citizenship/PSHE, Creative Arts, PE, and Humanities.
  • Collaborating with children to design individualised curriculum plans that nurture their creativity and curiosity.
Requirements
  • A qualified teacher with QTS and experience working with children with PDA or additional needs.
  • Strong understanding of child-led learning and ability to adapt the curriculum to meet individual needs.
  • Patient, empathetic, and creative educator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £57,500 per annum, plus ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
