Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Technical Manager in delivering safe and legal technical requirements
  • Collaborate with NPD, procurement, commercial, supply chain, and operations teams
  • Work with suppliers and customers to ensure compliance with UK food legislation
  • Conduct auditing, VACCP, risk assessments, and performance monitoring reviews
  • Produce timely reports and data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Technical role within food manufacturing
  • Hold a degree in Food Science or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of the food industry and UK food legislation
  • HACCP level 3 or above
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
