Job Title: Executive Chef - Birmingham

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare in Birmingham. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with our dietitians to provide tailored meal plans for our patients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Monitor and control food costs and inventory.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
