Role Overview:
We are working with a prominent trading house to find an experienced fertiliser trader to join their commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in trading, sales, or a related role within the agricultural or fertiliser industry. Knowledge of agricultural practices and fertiliser products is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best deals and ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, prices, and supply-demand dynamics to make informed trading decisions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored fertiliser solutions.
- Manage risks, taking long/short positions.
- Report directly to the CEO.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
