We are seeking an experienced Access Control Systems Engineer to join our team at City Group Recruitment. As an Access Control Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of Intruder Alarm and CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing and installing intruder systems, specifically Entrotec, Galaxy, Firmax, or Paxton, NKC, Texecom, CSL's Grade shift Pro with knowledge of Ajax and Galaxy.
  • Servicing and installing CCTV, specifically HIK, Concept Pro, and Uniview.
  • Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
    • Good organisational skills.
    • Great attitude.
    • Works well as part of a team.
    • Accurate and efficient.
    • Able to manage your own jobs taking ownership from start to finish.
    • Experience with fault finding and maintenance.
    • Great customer-facing skills.
    • Able to complete reports of work done.
    • Maintain Security Systems in your assigned area.
    • Respond to service calls on all types of Security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.
    • Plan and respond to routine and re-active call visits in your area.
    • Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits.
    • Attend training sessions as and when required.
