Key Responsibilities- Servicing and installing intruder systems, specifically Entrotec, Galaxy, Firmax, or Paxton, NKC, Texecom, CSL's Grade shift Pro with knowledge of Ajax and Galaxy.
- Servicing and installing CCTV, specifically HIK, Concept Pro, and Uniview.
- Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Good organisational skills.
- Great attitude.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Accurate and efficient.
- Able to manage your own jobs taking ownership from start to finish.
- Experience with fault finding and maintenance.
- Great customer-facing skills.
- Able to complete reports of work done.
- Maintain Security Systems in your assigned area.
- Respond to service calls on all types of Security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.
- Plan and respond to routine and re-active call visits in your area.
- Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits.
- Attend training sessions as and when required.
