We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planning Specialist to join our team at Ocado Retail Ltd. As a key member of our Media Planning department, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative media plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of supplier partner media plans, ensuring alignment with our commercial objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with our Buying department to develop and execute media plans that meet our business goals.
- Take ownership of media planning and budgeting, ensuring commercial responsibility and ROI.
- Pitch and present media plans to suppliers, highlighting the value proposition and customer benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the development of our Retail Media transformation roadmap, driving innovation and growth.
- At least 2 years of experience in online trading and retail media planning.
- Proven track record of working with FMCGs, agencies, and retail media plans.
- Strong passion for retail media and its potential to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex business environments.
- Ability to analyze data and insights to inform media planning decisions.
