We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef to join our prestigious team at Holroyd Howe, a historic boarding school in Buckinghamshire. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional desserts and baked goods for students, staff, and special events.
This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your pastry skills in a stunning environment, working with a supportive team to deliver high-quality food products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably in contract-catering or high-profile, high-volume operations.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise in pastry production, inventory management, and team leadership. They will also be committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
About the Role:- Support the Head Pastry Chef and Executive Head Chef in all aspects of the bakery section.
- Complete inventories and food requisitions.
- Manage and train kitchen staff.
- Supervise the production of pastries and desserts for service and functions.
- A competitive salary up to £30,000 per year.
- Flexible schedule with minimal evening shifts.
