We are an award-winning artisan bakery and ice cream maker near Buckingham in Bucks. Established in 2013, we produce a range of award-winning pastries and ice creams from scratch on our premises, using highest quality ingredients.

We're looking for a trainee to join us in our daily production of delicious pastries and doughnuts in the winter months, and fantastic ice cream in the summer.

While a qualification in catering or some experience working in food production, or in a kitchen would be an advantage, it is certainly not essential, and we would love to hear from you if you are just interested in a career in food. This position might also suit more than one part time applicant. We will train you in the production of artisan pastries using real ingredients and artisan methods. Working with our team of bakers this could allow you to build on a fulfilling and varied career.
