Role Overview

Lear Corporation, a leading provider of innovative leather solutions, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Programs Coordinator to provide vital administrative support to Program & Business Managers in our Coventry office.

Main Objectives:
  • Enhance and maintain global information systems for pricing, task planning, and action closure.
  • Streamline project coordination and administration of services and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Support the management of financial processes, including budgeting and bookkeeping.
  • Oversee local office IT infrastructure and report technical issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently with high motivation and initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent English language proficiency is mandatory.
