Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to provide exceptional support to our events team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing all event inquiries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring seamless communication with delegates and exhibitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage event bookings, ensuring accurate and complete delegate information
  • Process invoices and credit notes, scan and file booking forms, and send written confirmation
  • Update event information and record activity on relevant databases
  • Liaise with exhibitors to ensure all necessary documents are completed and processed
  • Assist with event preparations, including badge production, mail merges, and material gathering
  • Support team-specific office administration duties, such as post, meeting room booking, minute taking, and events diary management
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes and analyze costs for design work, print, mailing services, and AV support
  • Assist in distributing promotional materials, including e-shots, brochures, flyers, website, and social media updates
  • Support post-event follow-up, including processing feedback forms and reorganizing materials
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong administrative, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent IT literacy, with knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Mail Merge
  • Educated to GCSE standard
  • Ability to work flexibly, including travel for external meetings and events
