At Dream Medical, we are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a 3-month contract in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to conduct case reviews of patients with Continuing Healthcare needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to conduct initial reviews, arrange and facilitate DST reviews and recommendations, and document all outcomes. Additionally, the successful candidate will hold a current NMC registration and have experience in a similar role.
