We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD), or Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team in a Specialist Care Home in Cardiff.

As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care while maintaining the highest clinical standards. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to assess residents' needs, develop care plans, and provide ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and supervise a team. You will also have experience in managing challenging behaviours and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, psychological, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to residents' unique needs.
  • Lead and supervise the multi-disciplinary team, including training and performance evaluation.
