We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Operations Officer to join our team at Quarsh | B Corp Certified. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Birmingham site.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial operations, with experience in managing teams and driving profitable growth. You will be comfortable working at a strategic level, with excellent leadership credentials and the ability to build highly performing teams.

We are looking for someone who is able to balance customer needs against commercial objectives, with a strong focus on sustainability and CSR. You will be an influencer, able to work effectively with people at all levels across the organisation.
