Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Technologist to join our team at Bakkavor. As a Compliance Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience, as well as first-class training and excellent career progression prospects across the Bakkavor group.
