The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified CDM Advisor to play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with the CDM 2015 Regulations across various construction projects.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to and risks are effectively managed.
  • They will coordinate with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to prepare and review essential health and safety documentation, including pre-construction information and construction phase plans.
  • A key aspect of this role will be conducting site inspections and audits to ensure ongoing compliance with safety standards.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate, TechIOSH, or APS membership.
