Natural Language Processing Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Natural Language Processing (NLP) Developer to join our team at NearTech Search. As a key member of our AI team, you will be responsible for developing and refining NLP-based AI models, particularly in the area of large language models.

In this role, you will collaborate with our LLM team to design, refine, and optimize prompts for LLMs. Your work will focus on enhancing the performance of chatbots and voicebots through effective prompt engineering and contributing to the development of AI-driven solutions that improve user experience and drive business outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience in machine learning, specifically in NLP or LLMs. You should be proficient in ML libraries like PyTorch and TensorFlow and have hands-on experience with platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework or Dialogflow.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is also essential.
