Main Responsibilities- Act as a Link Worker, contributing to the development, delivery, and review of person-centred support plans.
- Deliver excellent support, including administering medication, and promoting independence.
- Plan and deliver community outings and activities, including sensory sessions, to enhance the lives of our service users.
- Suggest improvements and be proactive in the development of solutions and activities undertaken by the service.
- NVQ level 2 qualification, Care Certificate, or willingness to complete.
- Experience of working in a team and understanding of privacy and confidentiality legislation.
- Practical knowledge of health and safety at work and good verbal and written communication skills.
- Literacy and numeracy skills, as well as information and communication technology skills.
