Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Recruitment Team Lead in delivering an effective and efficient recruitment service to fulfill the recruitment needs of our care homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a high-volume recruitment caseload for various roles, including Health Care Assistants, Domestic staff, and Kitchen staff
- Assisting the Recruitment Team during quieter periods
- Supporting the Recruitment Team Lead through the recruitment and onboarding process
- Traveling to our offices in Rotherham and our care homes, with the option for home working
We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, proficient in Excel, and able to quickly grasp new systems. A driving license and access to a car would be beneficial for travel to our care homes.
