Job Description
As a Support Worker, you will be working within a specialist residential service that provides 24/7 care and support to individuals with complex needs. Your role will involve supporting residents with daily living tasks, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and promoting their independence and well-being.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a compassionate and patient approach, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. You will also need to possess a basic understanding of health and social care principles and practices.
