**Job Description:**

As a Registered Nurse at our client's beautiful care home in Eastbourne, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents with a range of physical and mental needs. You will work 44 hours per week, making critical clinical decisions, developing tailored care plans, and administering medication safely.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin number and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices. Previous experience as a Staff Nurse or Registered Nurse in a care home environment is desirable but not essential.
