About the Role:

Lifetime Training Ltd is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Hospitality Apprenticeship Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing the professionals of the future in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the apprenticeship standard to learners in their place of work, often with some of the UK's best-loved hospitality brands.
  • Provide support, guidance, and motivation to help learners achieve career-building qualifications.
  • Help learners develop transferable skills in Maths and English, as needed.
  • Manage your own administration and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Recent professional experience gained at Supervisor or Management level in a hospitality setting, both front and back of house.
  • NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality.
  • Extensive, relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, and beverage service.
  • Experience of working in high-demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
  • GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).
  • Experience of working autonomously.
