Job Title: English Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Education Specialist to join our team at Novus - Foundations for Change. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education programs to our learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons inculcating ICT skills.
  • Stay up to date with curriculum changes and best practices in education.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development of education programs and policies.
Requirements:
  • A full teaching qualification and experience teaching English/ Maths courses required.
  • Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
  • Track record of effective teaching in subject specialism.
  • Gain/hold and maintain a clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
