Care Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Care Support Coordinator to join our Disability and Welfare Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality information, advice, and guidance to students with a range of welfare issues.
Your main accountabilities will include:
- Providing administrative support for UCEM's SilverCloud provision and being a point of contact for students on the supported pathway
- Supporting the promotion of pastoral care across UCEM programmes
- Contributing to the delivery of UCEM's Mental Health Strategy
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English Language Grade C or 4 or above
- Experience of working in Safeguarding in FE/HE
- Digital skills: Proficiency in MS Office including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage difficult situations sensitively and in a timely manner
- Knowledge of current legislation relating to Safeguarding and Prevent
