We are proud to offer a foster care program that provides a safe and nurturing environment for children in need. As a Foster Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting the welfare of these children and working in partnership with various professionals and stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support foster parents in providing a stable and loving environment for children
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our foster care program
- Collaborate with other professionals to promote the welfare of children and families
Requirements:
- Hold a Social Care England recognised qualification in Social Work or equivalent
- Previous experience of family placement work and foster care practice
- Comprehensive knowledge of fostering regulations, child care law, and safeguarding legislation
- Commitment to high-quality practice
- Intermediate IT skills
Salary and Benefits: £30,000 - £36,500 per annum, prorated based on experience. We offer a competitive salary, car allowance, annual leave, pension scheme, life assurance, employee discount scheme, and medical cash plan.
