Role

As a Service Engineer for a leading heating manufacturer, you will cover a local region, servicing and troubleshooting domestic boilers and ASHPs in customers' homes. This new position has been created to enhance customer service and warranty cover, with daily jobs and routes efficiently planned and extra parts delivered in the evening.

Candidate Experience

  • Technical service experience with a strong background in servicing, fault-finding, and fixing gas boilers and/or ASHPs
  • Plumbing and electrical experience, ideally with qualifications or certifications
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, as you will be representing a national brand in customers' homes
  • Training will be provided for ASHP experience, along with industry certificates
