About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at a leading domestic heating manufacturer. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and technical fault finding and fixing of domestic boilers and ASHPs in people's homes. This is a new position due to increased investment in providing increased customer service and warranty cover. Daily jobs and routes are efficiently planned, with any extra parts or tools delivered the early evening before.

Key Responsibilities

* Service and repair domestic boilers and ASHPs in people's homes

* Conduct technical fault finding and diagnosis of boiler and ASHP breakdowns

* Work efficiently to complete daily jobs and routes

* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and planning

Requirements

* Technical service heating service engineer with a strong background of servicing, fault finding and fixing of gas boilers and/or ASHPs

* Plumbing and electrical experience ideally with qualifications/certifications

* Friendly and outgoing character as you will be in people's homes representing a brand

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
