About the Opportunity

Coca-cola European Partners' Wakefield Operations employs over 550 staff across manufacturing, QESH, and engineering functions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing training strategies to enhance employee performance and capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Developing Operational Training: Collaborate with Learning & Development (L&D) to create site training strategies and initiatives.
  2. Delivering Technical Training: Provide operational and technical training to ensure consistent learning standards and foster a competent workforce.
  3. Reviewing and Updating Materials: Regularly audit and update operational and technical training materials based on evaluation outcomes.
  4. Fostering a Learning Culture: Promote balanced approach to formal training, coaching, and on-the-job learning to enhance performance.
  5. Managing Training Records: Maintain and update training records, identify opportunities, and create plans for closure.

Requirements:

  • Certification: No specific certifications required, but proven experience in learning and development with examples of delivering training using various methodologies.
  • Operational Insight: Ability to develop training materials and conduct engaging sessions based on operational function requirements.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in FMCG/Supply Chain sector, preferably in manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Training Expertise: Proven experience in delivering training using various methodologies with focus on technical training of machine operation.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
  • Quality Systems Understanding: Familiarity with Quality Management Systems.
