About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Swansway Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our full range of new and used vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell our full range of vehicles, both new and used, to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate customer records, ensure follow-ups are completed, and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure all sales are fully compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Swansway Group as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and products.
  • Marketing and Display: Participate in marketing activities and maintain the display of vehicles to attract potential customers.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Provide high levels of customer service, work collaboratively with the sales team, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous selling experience, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Process Driven: Ability to adapt to new sales processes and work in a process-driven environment.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal Oriented: Goal-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Valid Driving Licence: Must hold a valid driving licence.
