Commercial Account Handler Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading independent commercial insurance broker based in the Coventry area to find a skilled Commercial Account Handler. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling commercial insurance policies, although our client is open to considering candidates from a personal lines background as well. The successful candidate will be able to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including answering queries and offering advice on coverage options
  • Negotiating premiums and policy terms with clients and insurers
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client policies and interactions
  • Supporting the sales team in the development of new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Commercial broking experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
