Senior Insurance Account Broker Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Account Broker to join our team at Get Recruited Ltd. As a Senior Account Broker, you will be responsible for taking over an existing book of Commercial Business, providing market-leading broking services, and maintaining business relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take over an existing book of Commercial Insurance Business covering a range of Commercial policies from mid-market to larger Corporate.
  • Provide a market-leading broking service, focused on providing quality customer service and positive outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain business relationships with clients and trade with insurers to obtain best possible terms.
  • Schedule and attend meetings, research insurance policies and products, and negotiate policy terms and costs with insurance providers.
  • Deal with problems constructively, looking to solve the root cause of day-to-day issues faced, engaging with team leaders and management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years working as an Account Broker, Account Handler, or Account Manager within the Commercial Insurance Industry.
  • Cert CII as a minimum qualification - Dip CII advantageous.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary up to £45,000.
  • CII Qualification support.
  • Hybrid Working - 2 days working from home each week.
  • 25 days Plus bank holidays.
  • Death in service.
