  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and communicate with customs authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and minimize delays.
  • Provide support to retail partners on global trade requirements and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of global trade policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate classification of goods and compliance with customs regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Global Trade Specialist, preferably in retail.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, and international trade documentation.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in global trade management software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
