Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for you to gain experience in a school environment and develop your skills in supporting children with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SUPPORTING CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS: Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs, assisting them with their learning and daily activities.
  • ASSISTING TEACHING STAFF: Work closely with teaching staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support students in achieving their academic goals.
Requirements:
  • PSYCHOLOGY GRADUATE: You must have a degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • EXPERIENCE IN SUPPORT WORK: Previous experience in support work, particularly in a school setting, is highly desirable.
  • ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS: Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
