Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist Manager to lead our Truro branch, providing exceptional patient care and managing a team of pharmacy professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure excellent patient care and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement pharmacy services to meet customer needs and improve patient outcomes.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and staff scheduling.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
