Pharmacist Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team at a leading supermarket pharmacy chain in Truro. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and supporting staff to deliver exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to patients and colleagues on a range of pharmacy-related topics.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and strategies to drive growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and services.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
