Job Description

Currently, Fin - sustainable logistics is looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager to join their team in Greater London. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing delivery routes, managing resources, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

As an Operations Manager at Fin - sustainable logistics, you will play a key role in collaborating with various teams to streamline operations and drive sustainability initiatives within the logistics network. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless and swift delivery experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize delivery routes to minimize carbon footprint and maximize efficiency
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives and improve logistics operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management
