Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Elevate Partners Recruitment Limited. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience in accounts payable, payroll processing, and invoicing, as well as proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities:
  • Typing from dictation
  • Proof reading documents
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management, report generation, and financial analysis
  • Assist architectural staff with compiling paperwork for various statutory applications and letter writing
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in office administration, invoicing, accounts payable, and payroll processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, accounts payable processes, and payroll regulations
