Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity at Prezzo

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every customer leaves happy and wanting to return.

The Role

We are looking for a strong communicator with natural leadership skills and a desire to learn and grow. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, including managing inventory and supplies
  • Providing feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance
  • Assisting with recruitment and training of new staff
  • Contributing to the development of new menu items and promotions
