We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our Italian dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality food.
- Ensure seamless service delivery, managing tables, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
- Provide excellent training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and career progression.
