Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our warehouse operations. As an Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning and resourcing the warehouse operation to ensure pack accuracy of our products and efficient management of products to the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and resource the warehouse operation to ensure pack accuracy and efficient management of products
- Ensure a high level of health and safety, compliance with company policy and transport legislation
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
