Primary SEN Teacher Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Primary SEN Teacher to make a profound difference in the lives of primary-aged children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) in Ashford.
This role requires creativity, patience, and a true passion for helping children with complex needs achieve their potential.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with children with PMLD and will be able to develop and implement personalized learning plans to cater to individual pupil needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters engagement and growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure seamless progress tracking.
Requirements:
- Primary SEN Teaching qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of working with children with PMLD.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
