About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian JIRA Application Engineer to join our team at Client Server. As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating Atlassian systems, including JIRA, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update Atlassian systems, including JIRA, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence
  • Test and execute project migrations, installations, and upgrades
  • Optimize system performance through regular clean-ups
  • Provide 3rd line support and create technical documentation
  • Develop and manage JIRA workflows, project screens, schemes, and fields
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of the Atlassian product suite, including JIRA, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence
  • Strong experience in configuring JIRA projects for multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience with Atlassian installations, upgrades, and migrations
  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL, JavaScript, JQL, and experience with EazyBI for JIRA, Rich Filters for JIRA, and ScriptRunner for JIRA
  • Collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills
