About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating Atlassian systems, including JIRA, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update Atlassian systems, including JIRA, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence
  • Test and execute project migrations, installations, and upgrades
  • Optimize system performance through regular clean-ups
  • Provide 3rd line support
  • Create and manage JIRA workflows, project screens, schemes, and fields
  • Provide expertise to users on optimal usage, including creating technical documentation and user guides
About You
  • You have an advanced knowledge of the Atlassian product suite, including JIRA, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence
  • You have strong experience in configuring JIRA projects for multi-disciplinary teams, including customizing workflows, permissions, screens, and issue types
  • You have experience with Atlassian installations, upgrades, and migrations
  • You are proficient with PostgreSQL, JavaScript, JQL, and have experience with EazyBI for JIRA, Rich Filters for JIRA, and ScriptRunner for JIRA
  • You are collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills
