Job Title: Air Quality Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Air Quality Consultant to join our team in London. As an Air Quality Consultant, you will be responsible for undertaking Air Quality Impact Assessments, Dispersion Modelling, Monitoring programmes, and liaising with Local Authorities and Clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake Air Quality Impact Assessments
  • Dispersion Modelling
  • Monitoring programmes
  • Liaise with Local Authorities and Clients
  • Write reports/chapters for Environmental Statements
  • Commercial/QA management of small projects
Requirements:
  • Qualified to BEng/BSc level or equivalent
  • Ideally Associate member of the Institute of Air Quality Management
  • Ideally demonstrable experience in an Air Quality consultancy role
  • Knowledge of air quality legislation
  • Highly developed report writing skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Possess good written and oral communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of ADMS, ADMS Roads and/or Aermod would be advantageous
  • Ideally previous project management experience
  • Competence with standard office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
  • A working knowledge of GIS software, especially Arc GIS would be useful
  • Competent in handling air quality related datasets (experience of measurement, instrumentation and analytical techniques) would be advantageous
