We pride ourselves on our strong community ties and dedication to excellence. We are currently seeking a Senior Estimator with groundworks experience to contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating: Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for civil engineering and groundworks projects, ensuring all costs are accounted for and presented clearly.
- Tendering: Lead the tendering process, including preparing bid documentation and liaising with clients and subcontractors.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contract terms to develop precise cost estimates and budgets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and site teams to ensure smooth project handovers and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably within the civil engineering and groundworks sector.
- Strong understanding of groundworks and civil engineering projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Familiarity with estimating software and tools.
