About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Fundraising Director to join our team at Jamie's Farm. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our fundraising and communications strategy, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, identifying and pursuing new revenue streams and partnerships.
  • Lead a team of fundraising and communications professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure our messaging is cohesive, impactful, and aligned with our mission to provide young people with the support they need to thrive.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform our fundraising and communications strategy.
