We are seeking an experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our award-winning restaurant in Lichfield. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Menu Development: Work with the chef to develop and implement new menus and promotions.
  • Marketing: Assist with marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (including Tronc)
  • Benefits: 4 days on, 3 days off, flexible holiday, pension scheme, and training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
