About Our Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Boultham Park House, a 34-bed Care Home in Lincoln. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our homes, ensuring that every room and living space is clean, tidy, and comfortable for our residents.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, communal areas, and other living spaces
  • Ensure that all areas are clean, tidy, and free from clutter
  • Restock and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
  • Participate in deep cleaning tasks and special projects as required
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our high standards of cleanliness and care

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. You will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have experience in a housekeeping or care role, that's great, but we will provide all the training you need to excel in this position.
