Fleet Development Opportunity

Glen Callum Associates Ltd is seeking a Fleet Development Specialist to support a major vehicle manufacturer and their dealer network in the South of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help dealers improve profitability and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to ensure success.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay on top of product knowledge and help dealers do the same.

The ideal candidate has experience in dealer development, commercial vehicle sales, and strong communication and analytical skills. You will play a vital role in helping dealers hit their sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.

Benefits include a salary of £48,000 + 5k company car, 4% matched pension, medical insurance, life insurance, critical illness cover, travel insurance, 24 days holiday (rising to 29), and access to manufacturer car discounts.
